• To be a human being means to come from God and to go back to God
• He is “the way, the truth and the life” (John 14:6)
• God created us out of free and unselfish love
• The Johari Window was created by psychologists Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in 1955
• The Johari Window is used primarily in self-help groups and corporate settings as a heuristic exercise
• Open Self are aspects of ourselves that we know and others know
• Blind Self are aspects of ourselves that others know but we don’t
• Hidden Self are aspects of ourselves that we know but others don’t
• Undiscovered Self are aspects of ourselves that we nor others don’t know
• God has placed in our hearts a longing to seek and find him
• St. Augustine says, “You have made us for yourself, and our hearts is restless until it rests in you.”
• We call this longing for God as Religion
• Religion generally means a relationship to what is divine
• It is natural for us men to seek God
• Anyone who seeks truth seeks God, whether or not he realizes it
• In everything that exists, there is more than we see
• Every man is of conscience, which urges him to what is good and warns him against what is evil
