  • Interspecific competition is competetion between different species whereas intraspecific is competition within the same species
  • Abiotic Factors are non-living factors which effect an environment such as: soil pH, light intensity, wind, moisture, Carbon Dioxide and Oxygen Levels and temperature
  • Biotic Factors are living factors that affect an environment such as: new predators, food availibility, competition and new pathogens
    • Population: organisms of the same species living together in a habitat
    • Ecosystem: all the organisms living in a specific area and the non-living components the organisms interact with
    • Sturctural Adaptations: physical features on an organism's body
    • Behavourial Adaptations: the response and behavious of an organism
    • Functional Adaptations: unseen processes such as photosynthesis
