• Eukaryotic cells - Cells that have a cell membrane, cytoplasm and genetic material contained in a nucleus
• Prokaryotic cells have a cell membrane and a cell wall but no nucleus
• Bacteria are prokaryotes
• The main difference between eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells is the presence or absence of a nucleus.
