    • India helps developing countries in peacekeeping missions
    • Largest number of voters in the world, having a good democracy
    • India tries to keep peace with neighboring nations, however has some disagreements e.g. about borders with China
  • Cultural Significance in India
    • Indias culture attracts 10 million tourists a year
    • Home to the Taj Mahal, a huge tourist attraction
    • One of the largest film industries, bollywood
    • Birthplace of four religions: Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism, Jainism
