  Energy is not used up, it can be transferred or stored, not created or destroyed.
• Is electricity a fuel?

  No
• Fossil fuels: non-renewable, coal - oil - natural gas, cheap
• Renewable energy: solar, wind, tidal, wave, biofuels, geothermal, hydroelectricity.
• Energy is transferred to food by: Light energy from the sun (chemical energy) is stored in plants and animals ( by eating plants etc )
