Adam - The first prophet

Dawud (David) - One of the messengers of the Banu Isra’il (Israelites)
Isa (Jesus) - One of Allah’s most honoured prophets
Muhammad - The principal prophet sent by Allah Revealed the Qur’an Muslims will please Allah by following his example

akhirah - Life after death
After death, Izra’il takes the soul to barzakh – stage between death - judgement.
People’s actions are recorded by angels and judged by Allah.
If Allah is pleased with a person, they enter jannah (paradise);
if he isn’t, they may enter jahannam (hell).
al-qadr- Belief in predestination
Allah established ‘laws’ of nature, which govern how the universe works, fixed
the day of judgement - Muslims believe Allah will judge everyone fairly in the afterlife: allah judges people for their action in their free will
But Allah also gave humans free will – they can choose to do certain things which can either go against or with allah's will, things such as prayer can affect allah's will
malaikah - Beings created by Allah to perform various tasks, must obey allah, crucial role in operating +maintaining universe, help believers in time of need
Jibril - communicates with prophets through him (delivered whole Qur'an to Muhammad over 23 years)
Izra’il - The angel of death. Returns the soul of every person to Allah.
Mika’il - Oversees the provision and maintenance of life. Provides food for the body and soul.
the nature of Allah - allah many characteristics, over 100 mentioned in Qur'an + Hadith, muslims closer to allah after learning nature of him, muslims try reflect allah's characteristics into their own behaviour
