  • Mores- are usually unwritten rules or laws that govern behavior within a particular group or community.
  • Mores- also known as moral norms
  • Mores- if you break them you would be seen as not just in poor taste, but immoral they're often linked to religious rules
  • laws- are norms that are actually defined as being legal or illegal
  • laws- the government has decided these norms are so important that you could get in trouble for breaking them
  • Ideas- These are non material aspects of culture and embody man's conception of his physical, social and, cultural world
  • symbols- It refers to an object, gesture, sound color or design that represents something "other than itself
  • Culture relativism- is the principle of understanding other cultures on their own terms, rather than judging according to one's own culture
