Performance Related Pay- links the annual salary of an employee to their performance in their job
Bonus- A financial reward for performance or for length of service
Commission- Amount of money that an individual receives based on the levels of sales he or she has obtained
Fringe Payments- Also known as perks, these are financial benefits of a job in excess of the basic pay (wage or salary).
Empowerment- The delegation of decision-making power to workers, granting them the autonomy and authority to be in charge of their own jobs and to execute their own ideas.
