Induction Training- For new staff where they introduce the new employees to their new colleagues, and the values and aims of the business
Off The Job Training- Employees attend courses about other aspects of the job or area of work outside of work hours
On The Job Training- Where employees learn from experienced workers while doing their job. An example is coaching, it is good because the supervisor offers feedback however the new employees lack the freedom to express their own ideas
