Communication

• Communication- refers to the exchange of information, ideas and messages among individuals or groups within an organization
• Formal communication- is a written or spoken message that is intended to convey information to a specific audience. (Email, letters, powerpoint)
• Informal communication- communication that is not formal and is not recorded. (whatsapp, phone calls etc)
