In Acrosport, there are different roles: base, top or agile, and helper
Base role: responsible for supporting other people in the figure (agile or top) based on strength, stability, and balance
Agile or top role: the person who climbs up on a base to create a human figure, expected to be agile, active, quick, and self-confident
Helper role: responsible for helpingteammates compose the figure, focusing on teammates' needs and being an active andself-confident person
Safety measures in Acrosport:
Only two zones to support a top: shoulders line and hip bone line
Communication with teammates is essential
Check the base's stability
Avoid stepping directly on the base's back
Avoid jumping while climbing up or descending from the base's back
