Rule of laam

• laam is always light except?

  in the name of Allah
• laam is always light in the name of Allah, but if there is a fatha or a dammah then it will be heavy
• when the letter before Allah's name has a kasra?

  then laam is light
• if the letter before Allah's name has a fatha or dammah, then laam is heavy
