  • A confucianism leader should be a junzi or a scholar or perfect gentleman who will lead by being a role model of virtousness and goodness
  • Legalism thinks that men are naturally bad. They think that it is natural for them to be greedy and this is the source of conflict in the society
  • Shang Yang, Li Si, and Hanfeizi are the founders of Legalism
  • In Legalism, the punishment of being greedy is harsh punishment. Having a centralized goverment is the key to provide peace and order in the society
