• Sebastian wonders at the turn of events and Olivia brings a priest to Sebastian to confirm their marriage, saying they can keep it a secret, Sebastian agrees and they go to the chapel
• In contrast to the last scene in Malvolio's cell, the scene opens with Sebastian's reference to "Glorious sun"
• Sebastian's soliloquy reviews Olivia's treatment of him and he can barely believe his luck, he wonders if he is mad and he concludes that she couldn't manage a household if she was insane
