• hitler plotted with Kahr and Lassow to take over Munich during hyperinflation as bavarian Catholics hated the Weimar government On October 4th 1923, Kahr and Lassow called off the rebellion, but hitler had 3000 SA members ready
• November 8th, 1923: 600 SA members burst into Kahr and Lassow's meeting in a beer hall with weapons and force them to rebel, the Sa took over local newspapers and the army headquarters
• November 9th, 1923: Hitler and the SA storm Munich but Kahr notified the police of what was going to happen so the police and army led by von Seisser killed 14 SA members. Hitler fled but was arrested 2 days later
