Physical Aspect includes health, body care, health-related fitness (cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition), and skill-related fitness
Mental Aspect involves intellect, thinking, reasoning, planning, strategizing, remembering patterns, and dealing with others' personalities
Social Aspect in Physical Education focuses on how we interact with others and adopt positive personalities
Emotional Aspect addresses feelings and the ability to express them appropriately
Spiritual Aspect encourages contemplating life's meaning, studying and practicing religion if applicable, and appreciating the natural world
