of an amount you
divide
by the
denominator
and
times
by the
numerator.
To find the
decimal
of a
percentage
you move it left
twice.
Standard form
has to be less than

and the
indicie
has to be an
integer.
Anything to the power of

1.

addition
rule you just add the
indicies
and the
base
always stays the
same.
EG:
2*3
times by
2*7
=
2*10.
The
subtraction
rule means you just subtract the
indicies
and the
base
stay as the same.

This is the
brackets rule
you just times the
indicies.
A
percentage
is out of
100.
To decrease a number you take it away from
100
or the biggest number then turn it into a
decimal
then times it.
