  • EXECUTIVE - The executive branch consists of the President, his or her advisors and various departments and agencies. This branch is responsible for enforcing the laws of the land.
  • JUDICIAL - The judiciary branch interprets the law and decides whether it has been broken. It also determines if any punishment given out was appropriate based on the crime committed.
