    O: Upper 3/4 anterior and medial aspects shaft of ulna
    Middle 1/2 interosseus membrane
    Medial coronoid process of ulna
    R: Distally
    I: Palmar surface of base of distal phalanges of four medial fingers
    A: Flexion of all the joints it crosses (DIP, PIP, MCP and wrist joints)
    NS: Lateral half: Median nerve (C5,6,7,8,T1)
    Medial half: Ulnar nerve ((C7),8,T1)
  • Flexor Pollicis Longus:
    O: Anterior surface of radius (inferior to anterior oblique line and superior to pronator quadratus)
    Adjacent interosseus membrane
    R: Distally
    I: Palmar surface of base of distal phalanx of thumb
    A: Flexion of all the joints it crosses (IP, MCP and wrist joints)
    NS: Median Nerve (C5,6,7,8,T1)
