• s4 - provocation of violence - uses threateninf, adusive of insulting behaviour towards another perosn causing them to fear violence due to his words or actions
• s4A - intentional harrasment alarm or distress - a person has been caused distress due to his words or actions
• s5 - harrassment alarm or distress - indirectly cuased harm or distress
