  Saw visions of angels and saints, accompanied by voices telling her to bring renewal of the French nation. She led the French to victory over the English in the battles of the Hundred Years War.
• Bernadette of Lourdes 


  She claimed to have had 18 visions in total, all of which were private with only Bernadette seeing the figure. ​During the 16th vision Bernadette asked the woman who she was and she replied “I am the immaculate conception” or the Virgin Mary. The visions were accompanied by the appearance of spring water​. The figure in the vision told Bernadette to wash in the water and it would cure her poor health (asthma and cholera) she was cured ​
