• discrimination: the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of ethnicity, age, sex, or disability
• stigma: a mark of disgrace associated with a particular circumstance, quality, or person
• self stigma is the negative view of oneself that is based on the belief that one is defective or flawed
