If sending the document to someone who does not have Office 2016 or has a lower version, the user must change the document type to Word 97-2003 Document while saving
Click where you want to insert the picture in your document. 2. In the Illustrations group of the Insert tab, click Picture. Insert Picture dialog box will appear. 3. Locate the picture that you want to insert. 4. Double-click the picture that you want to insert. Format tab of the Picture Tools will appear on the ribbon at the same time the picture is inserted.

To scroll through both documents at the same time, click the Synchronous Scrolling. When scrolling in one document, the other document also scrolls.

Wavy blue and green lines are format consistency checkers. If a user made any grammatical error or puts two spaces between two words instead of one, then it will generate a blue underline
