Locate the picture that you want to insert. 4. Double-click the picture that you want to insert. Format tab of the Picture Tools will appear on the ribbon at the same time the picture is inserted.

    Click on the View tab, then choose View Side by Side under the Window group. 2. The two document windows are resized and positioned next to each other. 3. To scroll through both documents at the same time, click the Synchronous Scrolling. When scrolling in one document, the other document also scrolls.

  • Wavy blue and green lines are format consistency checkers. If a user made any grammatical error or puts two spaces between two words instead of one, then it will generate a blue underline
