    Health inequalities significantly impact Ethnic Minority groups in society.
    As Ethnic Minority groups may be more likely to live in poverty, they are more likely to face significant health problems
    This is caused by many factors, such as poor living conditions, lack of access to gp services in the local area, or malnutrition and poor hygiene as a result of deprivation

    The health of the average Black African 70 year old matches that of a White British 80 year old.
    This shows the significance of the extent that health inequalities have affected ethnic minority health, particularly limiting life expectancy.
