    Hot air at the equator rises, creating low pressure in earths surface
  • Second point
    Air rises, cools and moisture condenses and spreads out towards poles
  • Third point
    Cool air is dense therefore sinks down to earth at about 35 degrees N and 35 degrees S of the equator, creating an area of high pressure. (So most deserts are at these latitudes.)
