• Hipparchus (190-120 B.C., Greek) Measured Earth's distance to the moon. Discovered the wobbling of the Earth.
• Claudius Ptolemy (85-165 B.C., Greek) Developed the Ptolemic System which is a Geocentric model
• Nicolaus Copernicus (1473-1543, Polish) Concluded that the sun and not the Earth is the center of the universe.
• Galileo Galilei (1564-1642, Italian) Supported Copernican Model of the Universe.

• Charles Darwin is an English Naturalist who is recognized as the father of Evolution, and whose discoveries became the foundation of modern evolutionary studies.
• Charles Darwin proposed a theory called Natural Selection
• Sigmund Freud is the father of Psychoanalysis and its main goal is to make unconscious and conscious.
