Jesus taught that people who lived good lives will be rewarded with eternal life with God in Heaven. Jesus will be the one to judge people's behaviour and decide whether they should be rewarded or punished.
Another teaching of Jesus's is that people who will be rewarded won't even be aware of their good deeds as it comes naturally to them. This means that people shouldn't be good just to be rewarded and shouldn't brag about doing a good deed.
People will be separated from God if they do evil or fail to do good.
