Drawbacks of LTD

• Accounts of the LTD cannot be kept private as it is audited each year
• Accounts of the LTD cannot be kept private as it is copy sent to Registrar of Companies
• Accounts of the LTD cannot be kept private as it is available to see for public
• It is more difficult , for a LTD , and more expensive to set up , this means mor administration
• LTD cannot sell shares on stock exchange , which limits the amount of capital it can raise
