  • How does it attract investment?
    The Newquay Aerohub has been designated as an Enterprise Zone, offering tax incentives, business rate discounts, and streamlined planning processes to attract businesses and stimulate investment. These incentives provide financial benefits to companies that choose to locate or expand their operations within the Aerohub.
  • 1)      In 2014, Cornwall council obtained enterprise zone status for Newquay Aerohub business park
    2)      The Aerohub is a partnership between Cornwall council and private-sector investors
    3)      The aim is to diversify Cornwall’s economy away from its dependence on tourism
    4)      It was hoped that 700 high-value, skilled permanent jobs would be generated there un the first year
    The business park is right next to Newquay airport, its brand is based off its location – aiming to attract investment for an aviation an aerospace hub
