• Sacramentals are acts and objects that produce wholesome effects in us through the Church's intercession
• Sacramentals can also be objects like blessed images, rosaries, scapulars, and ashes
• relics are parts of the bodies of saints or also objects they have used in their lifetime
• The sacraments are divided into three categories: The Sacraments of Initiation, The Sacraments of Healing, and The Sacraments at the Service of Communication.
