Racket

Grip
a way of holding a racket to hit shots during a match
Forehand Grip
used to hit shots that are on the forehand side of your body and around the headshot

Attacking Stance

Backhand Low Serve
the shuttlecock must travel just above the net from the server's box diagonally to the opponent's box
Forehand Low Serve
frequently used in singles and rarely in doubles. the flight of the shuttle is very high and falls at the back of the receiver's court
Clear Shot
the purpose of this is to direct the shot to the opponent's rearmost part. this shot is good for defense or to attack the opponent
Drive Shot
a basic flat shot directly hit over the net. a powerful, quick counter-attacking shot that is easy to execute
Drop Shot
a shot with a gentle hit or strikefrom therear end of the court to the opponent's front court
Smash Shot
considered an attacking shot. the fastest, most aggressive, and destructive shot

Serving
the first contact in a volleyball game, and it's an important oppurtunity to gain an advantage over the opposing team.
Ball
It shall be spherical, made of flexible leather or synthetic case with a bladder inside. made of rubber or similar material. The circumference should be between 20-27 inches (65-67 cm). Weight should be (260-280g)
Passing
also known as bump, used to receive the ball from opposing team's serve or hit. The goal of passing is to keep the ball in play and set up an offensive play.
Blocking
a defensive skill used to stop the opposing team's attack and can also be used to potentially score points.

Authorization to Serve
Move the hand to indicate the direction of service.
Team to Serve
Extend the arm to the side of the team that will serve.
Change of Courts
Raise the forearms front and back, and twist them around the body.
Time-out
Place the palm of one hand over the fingers of the other, held vertically (forming a “T”), and then indicate the requesting team.
Substitution
Circular motion of the forearms around each other
Misconduct Warning and Misconduct Penalty
Show a yellow card for a warning; red card for a penalty.
Expulsion
Show both cards jointly.
Disqualification
Show red and yellow cards separately.

Cross the forearms in front of the chest, hands open.
