Strategy Before

• In 1927 the nazis were still trying to appeal to the workers, but all the workers supported the socialists or the communists
• In the 1928 elections the Nazis only gained 12 Reichstag seats which was 1/4 of the communist's seats
• despite the change in tactics there was no change in results because people were happy with the Stresemann years and were uninterested in extreme politics
