  • Pattern, Repetition, and Rhythm
    The repeating visual element in an image or layout creates unity in the layout or image. Rhythm is achieved when visual elements create a sense of organized movement

    The proper placement of an element in your design, like invisibly placing or aligning your texts or images diagonally, vertically, and horizontally
  • Proportion
    Visual element that creates a sense of unity where they relate well with one another
  • Contrast
    The use of different or opposite elements such as sizes, shapes, spaces, form, colors, texture, and values
  • Variety
    Uses several design elements to draw a viewer's attention
  • Unity and Harmony
    The relationship of the elements or the contents when you place them together. The elements of the design must work together and agree to its meaning, theme, feeling, or mood
