The Jewish Tenakh has three parts: Torah (teaching), Nevi'im (prophets), and Ketuvim (writings) that used in various ways.
Jews will study the sacred writings in the synagogue.Children attend for Hebrew classes, and adults will study the content of divinely revealed law
The Torah also tells Jews what to celebrate e.g. One of the TenCommandments says: “Observe the Sabbath day and keep it holy.”
The Teankh is used in celebration e.g. the Psalms (found in the Ketuvin) are usually read on Festival days
Another purpose of the Tenakh is Jewish worship where the Ketuvim is used as it contains passages such as prayers and songs. It will also be used for the recitation of dailyprayers, such as the Shema “Hear, O Israel”.
