omeprazole: proton pump inhibitor that inhibits the release of acid from the pumps in the stomach
omeprazole: decreased acid production
cimetidine: H2 blocker
cimetidine: decreases the ACIDITY of the acid produced by the stomach
ondansetron: nausea and vomiting

pancrelipase: enzyme replacement for pancreas
sulfasalazine: anti inflammatory for GI tract IBD (crohns, UC)

at LEAST 30 minutes prior to eating

anytime

WITH any food (not before or after)
