• Diatonic elements are 7 elements that are found in nature bonded to another atom of the same kind
• The first Diatomic element is Hydrogen. It's called hydrogen gas and it's symbol is H2
• The 2nd diatomic element is Nitrogen. It's called nitrogen gas and its symbol is N2
• The third diatomic element is Oxygen. Its called oxygen gas and its symbol is O2
