• Global Warming - Long-term increasing of the Earth's temperature with relation to the greenhouse effect.
• Climate Change - Long-term change in the average weather patterns.
• El Nino - Brings severe drought due to lengthy warming of the east of Pacific Ocean.
• La Nina - Cooling of the east of Pacific Ocean. The opposite of El Nino.
• Polaris is the North star because it is located close to the north celestial pole.
• Big Dipper is an example of an asterism that is in the constellation Ursa Major.
