  • Protagonist:

    the main character in a literary work 
  • Antagonist:

    the person or force that opposes or competes against the protagonist; Something that protagonist must overcome
  • Round character: 

    Complex and multidimensional character.
  • Flat character:

    a character seen in only one way; only one side of the personality is revealed; could be described in one sentence.
  • Dynamic character:

    character that change in a important way because of the story's actions.
  • Static character:

    character that don't change during the story
  • Stock character:

    character with the predictable stereotype.
