• 3. to modify AB - manipulate levels of dopamine activity in brain > should reduce / impact dopamine levels to remove AB
• 4. Naltrexone - antagonist drug

  helps reduce cravings > ab no longer lads to pleasure

  normally used in abstinence stage of addiction
