    Accurately defined as ―true stories well told. Also known as literary non-fiction or narrative non-fiction. Creative nonfiction can be an essay, a journal article, a research paper, a memoir, or a poem; it can be personal or not, or it can be all of these

    A story through text and illustrated images. 50 % of the narrative is presented without words. The reader must interpret the images in order to comprehend completely the story

    A style of fictional literature of extreme brevity. There is no widely accepted definition of the length of the category
  • Chick Lit or Chick Literature
    Genre fiction which addresses issues of modern womanhood, often humorously and lightheartedly. Chick it typically features a female protagonist whose womanhood is heavily thermalized in the plot
  • Six-Word Flash Fiction
    Like other forms of short stories or flash fiction, a six-word story allows a reader to consume an entire narrative in just a moment's time. If you're trying to get in some short, but challenging, bursts of writing practice throughout your day, try writing six-word stories
