Scene 4

• The following morning Blanche is anxious about Stella as she went back to Stanley
• Stella isn’t fazed by what Stanley did at all, and tells Blanche that she is overreacting
• They argue about Stella’s life and Blanche demands they must leave, stating that Stanley is ‘common’.
• Stanley overhears this but greets the women no different, hugging Stella and grinning at Blanche.
