Ummah - This is the brotherhood or family of Islam. Any person can become a Muslims no matter what sex, colour or social group

Christians agree with the idea of global citizenship
God created every human on this planet 'in his image' so we are all equal
We all come from Adam and Eve and so are part of one big family
Jesus cared for and healed all people regardless of their race
Christian Aid -
Christian aid is a charity that works throughout the world to create a sustainable lifestyle for everyone, free from poverty
Short-term Aid - helping out in times of disaster (e.g. food, shelter and medicine)
Long-term Aid - Helping the poor to help themselves over a long period of time (e.g. clean water and skills training)
Campaigns for fairtrade - to help the poor get a fair wage for the things they produce
Islam -
Muslims agree with the idea of global citizenship
Humans were created by Allah and we are all equal
Muhammad showed in his actions that everyone should be treated equally
Umma - Islam shows global citizenship by accepting people from all nations, cultures and races into the Ummah
Muslims feel connected to each other all over the world because of their shared faith. Islam is the wall, they are all the individual bricks joined together
