  Child is looked after by social work who must be involved in the child's life and ensure they are supported
• Removing child from home

  Child would be taken from their current home and placed in another accommodation like a children's home or foster care for their safety
• Court referral


  There is enough evidence to take the child to court and process them through the justice system as they have committed a criminal offence
