For males and females living in the most deprived areas, average healthy life expectancy falls below the age of 65 years. Least deprived areas are expected to live 83.1 years whereas the most deprived areas are expected to live 74 years.
  • Health/Illness - A healthy life expectancy for the least deprived areas was 70.6 years and for the most deprived areas it can be 51.9 years.
  • Educational Outcomes - Lower social class groups can range from as low as 10% to above 40% go to university. Lower social class groups represent 28% of the total entrants to full-time undergraduate study.
