Forces (Newton's Laws)

Cards (6)

  • A force is a push or a pull acting on an object.
  • Forces are always measured.
  • Resultant forces is the way to describe all of the forces acting on an object.
  • All forces have a direction unless they are 0.
  • If forces act in the same direction, they are added to get the resultant force.
  • If forces act against each other, then they are subtracted to find the resultant force.
