• Magnification and resolution of microscopes have increased overtime overall

  • however light microscopes have a limited magnification and resolution which is why scientists later on invented an electron microscope
  • An electron microscope is more useful as we can zoom in onto smaller structures and what is contained in the nucleus
• Magnification = Image Size / Actual Size
