  • Set up a contributory scheme where workers contribute to the benefits from their wages
  • Reforms should be compulsory and all workers should contribute
  • Tackle squalor by providing good quality homes to eradicate slum housing
  • Ensure all children gain qualifications and stay in school longer
  • Ensure people remain in work to provide income to support their family
  • Provide a system which allows the working class access to free medical care
