    • Emphasise a specific element (adjectival or adverb phrase) by placing that element ahead of the subject.
    • Emphasised elements tell when or how often something is done.
    • Declarative statements
      Can be negated using any kind of negative words.
      e.g., no, none, nowwhere, etc.
    • Negative statements
      A form of do is used when negating a verb with not.
      E.g., I do not want any money from you.
    • Negative statemenets formula(present and past tense)
      a form of no = a form of do not + a form of any
      e.g., I have no money = I do not have any money
    • The complement of a declarative sentence can be an adjective, an adverb, a prepositional phrase,
      an object, or a combination of these elements
