rp2: culturing microorganims

• 1. sterilise equipment & surfaces
  2. sterilise innoculating loop through a bunsen burner flame
  3. open a sterile agar gel plate near a bunsen burner flame
  4. bacteria spread evenly onto plate using an innoculating loop
  5. place sterile filter paper discs containing antibiotic onto the plate
  6. attach the lid to plate w tape
  7. place plate upside down into an incubator - at 25 degrees
  8. after a few days calculate the zone of inhibition
