label a test tube 'lipase' & use a pipette to put 5 cm3 lipase solution in
label a test tube 'milk' & add 5 drops of indicator cresol red, add 5 cm3 of milk & 7 cm3 of sodium carbonate solution & place a thermometer in
place both test tubes into a beaker of water at 20 degrees & wait until the test tubes are the same temperature
use a pipette to transfer 1 cm3 of lipase solution to the test tube containing milk
stir & start a timer
once the solution turns yellow stop timer & record
repeat whole experiment at diff temperatures
